Diversity & Inclusion by businesses – The case for LGBTQI+ Equity
Substantial diversity and inclusion in corporate policies bring lasting social, economic, and moral benefits not only for themselves but for their customers, employees, investors, and other key stakeholders. This is especially true for LGBTQI+ inclusion, which presents a litmus test for advancing inclusion in business.
