Christiana Ierodiakonou

Christiana Ierodiakonou is assistant professor of management at the Department of Business and Public Administration of the University of Cyprus (UCY). She holds a Ph.D. in Work and Employment Relations and an MSc in Human Resource Management. At UCY, she teaches subjects related to HRM, Business Communication, Gender and Diversity. Her research focuses on individual careers, flexibility, gender, sexual orientation and social inequalities. Dr. Ierodiakonou has led the research project ‘ALLies’ that focused on promoting inclusive workplaces through allyships. She has delivered a series of training workshops to corporate members on this and related subjects.
