Elli Matsouka

Elli Matsouka is a Consultant, an Executive Coach, an organisational culture and corporate wellbeing expert and a D&I advocate. For more than 15 years, she has worked with leading consulting companies applying world-class solutions and approaches and advising hundreds of companies and business leaders. She has worked for Deloitte, led the EMEA HR function for Amicorp Group and was the Head of Consulting Unit of People Advisory Services at EY Cyprus. She is also an elected Board Member of the European Association for People Management (EAPM) and the Cyprus HR Association (CyHRMA). She currently runs her own business, working with organisations to help them become a place where people will enjoy being and where their professional and personal needs will be fulfilled. Her work is also dedicated in helping business executives achieve a healthy and holistic wellbeing while they retain their corporate demanding roles.
