Mille Bøjer

Mille Bøjer is an experienced facilitator and thought leader in the space of social transformation and systems change. She is a Founder and Director of Reos Partners, a social impact company specialised in multi-stakeholder collaboration. Over the past 20 years, Mille initiated, led and facilitated complex processes on high-stakes challenges around the world on topics including peace, justice, education, democracy, civil society, and regional transitions. She is lead author of the book “Mapping Dialogue: Essential Tools for Social Change” and has published numerous articles and book chapters on dialogue and systems change. This year, she served as the lead facilitator of the Cyprus Transformative Scenarios Process.
